Värmepumptillbehör.se is run by swedish company Inneklimat Göteborg AB. We sell to both business customers and individuals in Sweden and individuals in most European countries.

Acceptance of Terms
Customer's order implies acceptance of the terms on this page.

Prices
All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish Krona) including VAT. It is possible to change the settings so that prices are shown in Euro.

Payment  
Business customers and individuals in Sweden can choose from all of Kustoms available solutions. Payment method available for individuals outside of Sweden: 

VISA and Mastercard

Shipping
All deliveries are made with packets with unique tracking number by DHL, Schenker or Postnord. Orders with a total weight less than 100 gr. are sent by mail.

Some goods with unusual dimensions may cost more than the weight tables below show because shipping companies charge extra fees from us. However, the shipping cost is never changed after completing the order.

NB. Any free shipping offer only applies to shipping within Sweden.

Delivery time
All the products are usually in stock. Should a product be out of stock, it is mentioned on the product page.

Deliveries to customers in Sweden will normally be shipped in 1-5 working days. Deliveries to customers abroad will normally be shipped within 7 working days.

Uncollected deliveries
For unredeemed orders that are returned to us, the order amount is refunded / credited with a deduction of SEK 300 per package, which covers shipping and handling costs for the original shipping and return shipping. If the order value is less than SEK 300, no refund will be made at all.

Warranty and claims
Inneklimat Göteborg AB offers a 1 year warranty on all products, exept for consumables (e.g. filters).

The order confirmation that you receive via email is also your receipt and warranty card.

In case of warranty claim, please follow these instructions; send an e-mail to us and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Please also provide phone number and email address. If the claim is accepted, we will send you a new or equivalent product or necessary spare parts at our expense.

Information on withdrawal (this only applies to individuls within Sweden)
According to the swedish Distance and Doorstep Selling Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to terminate the agreement by giving notice to us within 14 days of receiving of goods. For use of the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product has been used in an way that decreases its' value or if any documents (such as manuals) or packaing is missing upon delivery to us.

Privacy Policy
We protect our customers' integrity and comply with current legislation in this area. In order to assist in future customer service matters and to comply with the Swedish Accounting Act, the following personal data is stored about our customers:

Customers: First name, last name, company name, E-mail address, organization number, VAT registration number, postal address, postal code, city, country, phone number.

Orders: IP address, E-mail address, organization number, VAT registration number, mailing address, company name, first name, last name, shipping address, postal code, city, country, phone number.

As a customer, you may request excerpt, modification or deletion of this information at any time by contacting personal data officer at personuppgifter@varmepumptillbehor.se.

We will never sell personal data to third parties. On the other hand, information including personal data required for processing and delivering orders will be forwarded. An example of this is that personal data is forwarded to logistics companies, which we undertake to deliver orders to our customers, as well as to companies offering payment solutions for our webshop.
